Cosmic GellyBall is Kingman's home for the fastest-growing family battle game on the planet. Think paintball — without the mess, the welts, or the smell. Just soft gel beads, screaming kids, and unforgettable parties.
Cosmic has been a Kingman staple since 2007, and we're building something bigger. We need someone who wants to be part of the growth — not just show up for a shift.
- Run GellyBall games — set up the field, referee, keep the energy high, and make every kid feel like the MVP of the day
- Answer phone calls and help customers book parties when needed
- Spot opportunities — community events, schools, churches, birthday leads — and bring them to us
- Represent the Cosmic brand with energy and pride everywhere you go
- Be available Friday evenings, all day Saturdays, and the first Friday evening of every month (non-negotiable — it's First Friday on Beale St.)
- Reports to Game Master
- Assists Game Master during events
- On-site setup and takedown
- Reloads ammo, batteries, etc.
- Directs Assistant(s)
- Reports to Head Coach (GM)
- Interacts with customer on-site
- Organizes participants
- Controls energy
- Directs games
- Directs and coaches Game Master(s)
- Prepares equipment for events in advance
- Plans and executes various pay-to-play events
- Identifies and takes advantage of opportunities for company growth
Entry level is paid less, and a Head Coach is paid more. Higher positions have more control over their hours and total pay. All posiitons have room for growth.
Heads up: This role starts lean. We have a handful of parties booked and we're growing — which means your first weeks may only be 6–10 hours per month. Pay is commission-based, so your income grows as the bookings grow. If you help us grow it, you grow with it. If you need guaranteed 40 hours right now, this isn't the right fit yet — and that's okay.
- Kids light you up — you can get a group of 8-year-olds organized, hyped, and having the time of their lives without breaking a sweat
- You can get a group of adults to open up and have fun together, or a group of teens to follow rules because it's fun and they respoect you.
- You're the type who sees a quiet Saturday and thinks "how do we fill this?" — not "nice, a day off"
- You communicate clearly, show up early, and follow through without being reminded
- You're not just looking for a job — you're looking for traction
- You can take direction well and also bring your own ideas to the table
- You thrive in a high-energy, outdoor, physical environment
- You're content just showing up and going home
- Kids' energy drains you rather than fuels you
- You need a predictable paycheck before you've built anything
- You'd rather wait to be told what to do than look for what needs doing
