The GellyBall Game Master is the officiator of activities, and can disallow individuals from play for any reason. 

Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring they and their child(ren) comply with the following rules.

• No physical contact during play
• No food, candy, gum or drinks while playing (hands and face must be clean).
• No jumping or climbing onto or over the inflatables
• No profanity, vulgarities, or taunting
• For Pay-to-Play activities, each participant must have a signed waiver and wear a wrist band indicating waiver has been signed
  • (For private events, the individual who signs the waiver and release assumes the responsibility of communicating and enforcing rules.)

Property owners or hosts are required to prepare the property and play area for safe gameplay.

• No sharp objects allowed on field during play.
• No cacti/thorns/noxious weeds, animal waste, refuse, or other hazards on or around play area.

Players will be instructed in the rules of gameplay by the Game Master at the time of the event.

• Do not shoot without the Game Master’s permission.
• Do not shoot at anyone not wearing eye protection.
• Do not attempt to replace, alter, or adjust any part of the blaster (including the battery or the ammo cartridge).
• Anytime you are hit, hold your blaster in the air and/or follow the other
  instructions for that game.
  ○ Do not shoot people who are out of play (ie. with their blaster in the air.)
• Do not cross the centerline (or cone or bunker) unless instructed

Please use sound judgement at all times. This list is intended as a guide, and does not replace any contract or waiver and release of liability. Players can be ejected or games cancelled without recourse if parents/guardians fail to enforce rules or provide a safe environment for play. Absolutely no harassment will be tolerated, and will result in a permanent blacklist.
